Shipping

We ship across the United Arab Emirates only at launch. Orders placed before 2pm GST on a working day for in-stock items ship the same day in Dubai, and arrive next-day across Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.

Delivery times

• Dubai (selected zones): same-day on in-stock items, order by 2pm.
• Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman: next working day.
• Other emirates: 1–2 working days.
• Pre-order items: ship date is shown on the product page.

Costs

Flat AED 25 across the UAE. Free shipping on orders above AED 300.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link on WhatsApp the moment the courier picks up your package. Customer tracking pages wire in Phase 7.
