Authenticity

Every jersey on FAN11.ae is checked through a four-step authenticity process before it leaves our warehouse.

  1. Supplier verification. We only stock from authorised manufacturers and licensed distributors.
  2. Intake scan. Every physical unit is intake-scanned into our inventory system and assigned a unique EAN per size.
  3. Internal FAN11 QR. Each unit also carries an internal QR sticker so we can trace its full handling history.
  4. Dispatch verification. The unit is rescanned at packing and at handoff to the courier — same code, same product, no swaps.

If anything ever looks off when your kit arrives, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
