Final sale

Some products are sold on a final-sale basis. These items are clearly marked on the product page and on your invoice. Final-sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We mark a product as final sale when it is part of a limited drop, a closeout, or a heritage capsule with no replenishment plan.

Faulty items

Final-sale does not waive your statutory consumer rights. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it.

Returns on non-final-sale items

Other items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn, with all tags attached. We do not offer automatic returns — every return is reviewed and approved through customer support.
